Our third assignment in our EDU210 class was received after a panel discussion of the use of technology in the classroom from educators as well as members of Alberta Education. The panelists, and supplementary readings, allowed us to develop a perspective on the use of technology within the classroom.

The assignment was to create a visual to represent this perspective. It took a while for me to really understand what my perspective was, and to show how I hoped it would be used. In the end, I realized that I didn't want technology to be used to intermittently, but rather as a tool to continue to cycle of education and to promote learning.

Using easel.ly, I created my infographic that depicted this cycle. It was a very easy to use program, and I quickly adopted it as a tool for other classes as well. My infographic can be viewed by clicking here, or by clicking on the PDF logo below for a more user-friendly interface.
